SETTERTREND S.L., trading as Maison Hotel, is committed to making maisonh.com accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are working to ensure that our website meets the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) and conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

We are in the process of reviewing and improving the accessibility of our website. Our current efforts include:

•       Providing descriptive alt text for product and editorial images.

•       Ensuring sufficient colour contrast across all pages.

•       Structuring content with clear heading hierarchies.

•       Making forms and checkout flows operable by keyboard.

•       Ensuring our website is usable at 200% zoom without loss of functionality.

 

We acknowledge that some areas of our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and address these issues.

Our website is designed to adapt to different screen sizes, including smartphones and tablets. We aim to ensure that content remains readable, navigable, and functional across devices, with particular attention to touch interactions, legible text sizes, and accessible spacing on smaller screens. We continue to identify and address responsive issues as part of our ongoing accessibility work.

We are currently assessing the following areas for improvement:

•       Some older editorial images may lack descriptive alt text.

•       Certain interactive elements (filters, dropdowns) are being reviewed for full keyboard accessibility.

•       Video content may not yet include captions or transcripts.

 

We aim to resolve these limitations as part of our ongoing accessibility programme.
